Throughout history, trivia has always been more than a game.

In ancient Greece, scholars tested each other’s wit in symposiums. In 12th-century Baghdad, thinkers debated questions in bustling libraries. Even in medieval Europe, monarchs used riddles and logic games to assess the sharpness of their advisors.

Today, a new chapter in that centuries-old tradition is being written — one that blends human curiosity with cutting-edge Web3 technology.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the MOT Solana Token on Raydium, the official utility token of the Masters of Trivia platform. Built on the Solana blockchain and backed by a thriving global community of over 200,000 players, MOT is the first step in transforming trivia into an economic, educational, and social engine for the 21st century.

🎙️ Marquee Event of the Day

First Woman in Space – June 16, 1963

On this day, Soviet cosmonaut Valentina V. Tereshkova became the first woman to travel into space. Her mission aboard Vostok 6 lasted 71 hours and included 48 orbits of Earth. At 26, Tereshkova not only became a Soviet hero, but she made global history.

📌 Why This Matters

Valentina’s mission was more than a Cold War headline. It was a cultural shockwave. In 1963, many countries still barred women from participating in science at the highest levels. Tereshkova’s journey shattered assumptions—not just about what the USSR could achieve, but about what women were capable of.

She was not a test pilot or engineer, but a working-class woman with courage, discipline, and the will to train alongside men. Her success paved the way for generations of women in aerospace, science, and STEM fields worldwide.

In the broader context of the Space Race, her mission symbolized a moment when exploration transcended politics and reached into possibility.

🛰️ How Well Do You Know the Space Race?

From Sputnik to Apollo, from Tereshkova to Armstrong, the Space Race is packed with history-defining moments.
