Throughout history, trivia has always been more than a game.

In ancient Greece, scholars tested each other’s wit in symposiums. In 12th-century Baghdad, thinkers debated questions in bustling libraries. Even in medieval Europe, monarchs used riddles and logic games to assess the sharpness of their advisors.

Today, a new chapter in that centuries-old tradition is being written — one that blends human curiosity with cutting-edge Web3 technology.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the MOT Solana Token on Raydium, the official utility token of the Masters of Trivia platform. Built on the Solana blockchain and backed by a thriving global community of over 200,000 players, MOT is the first step in transforming trivia into an economic, educational, and social engine for the 21st century.

Peace on the peninsula?

Marquee Event of the Day

June 13, 2000: Historic inter-Korean summit held.
South Korean President Kim Dae-Jung meets with North Korean leader Kim Jong Il in Pyongyang—the first time the two countries' leaders have ever met.

Why this matters:

For over 50 years, North and South Korea stood frozen in a post-war standoff—divided by ideology, politics, and barbed wire.

Then, in 2000, something extraordinary happened.

South Korean President Kim Dae-Jung crossed into Pyongyang to meet with Kim Jong Il. Smiles, handshakes, and carefully managed optics followed. But the moment was real. It was the beginning of a thaw.

This meeting earned Kim Dae-Jung the Nobel Peace Prize and inspired hopes that diplomacy could break through decades of hostility.

Though tensions persist, this summit remains a turning point in Korean history—and a rare glimpse at peace on the peninsula.

How well do you understand North Korea—and the diplomacy surrounding it?

From dynastic leadership to defector tales, today’s quiz dives into the mystery, myth, and history of the world’s most isolated country.
